How do credits work?
Uploading and measuring your face is free forever. Credits are only spent when you unlock a deep report or use upcoming AI tools. Each deep report costs 10 credits. Your balance is shown on the report page.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire once purchased. Use them whenever you want, no time pressure.
How do refunds work?
Unused credits are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. Consumed credits are non-refundable. Pro subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — your paid period stays active, no auto-renewal after that.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Email support@faceruler.com or use the manage link in your payment confirmation email. After cancelling, your paid period remains active until it expires. No auto-renewal, no advance notice required.
What is the difference between free and paid?
Free forever: PSL score, casual rating, percentile, tier, five-dimension radar, measurement history, and the share card. Paid unlocks: AI readout, per-metric analysis vs reference, and a personalized improvement plan. The score itself is always free.
Do failed generations charge credits?
No. Failed generations never charge — credits are only consumed on successful output.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, processed through a secure payment platform. We never store your card number; the payment flow is fully encrypted.
Can I get an invoice?
A receipt is emailed after purchase. For a formal invoice, contact support@faceruler.com — we respond within 1-2 business days.
